The constitution of the brand.
TK Studio did not begin as a business. It began as a house.
Someone wanted, for their own home, wood pieces made to their measure and their taste, with a level of finish they could not find in Colombia. They found no one to make them. So they made them. That first house still stands — proof that the studio only makes what it would put in its own.
The name comes from the material that defines it: TEca — teak. From there, TK. The studio operates from Casanare: licensed teak and reclaimed woods.
TK Studio is a creation studio in wood. It is not carpentry, not furniture-making, not decoration. It works licensed teak and reclaimed woods to produce pieces that last longer than whoever takes them home. The studio operates from Casanare, Colombia. Every piece is born there.
The studio holds an official teak license. Every piece has full traceability from tree to delivery.
Trunks from the Río Cravo, salvaged timber. Wood that lived before reaching the workshop. Every story is honoured.
From a single piece to a complete cabin. The studio operates at any scale where wood takes centre stage.
The work does not end when the piece is finished. Each wood arrives with its provenance documented: where it comes from, how many years it holds, what it was before.
Each piece leaves with its certificate, its number and its seal. What surrounds the wood is tended with the same rigor as the wood itself — the time, the record, the delivery.
TK Studio is for those who commission a piece, not for those who buy furniture.
For those who value what is made to measure, the craft behind it and wood with a history. Homes that do not seek to fill, but to keep what matters. There is no catalogue that repeats: every commission begins from nothing.
The studio makes a single promise. It fits in three words:
Madera para siempre.
Teak resists water, time and weather. A piece made today will still stand long after. That is all the studio promises — and the wood keeps it.
